We would like to inform you that, according to a Decree issued by the Minister of Labour and Social Insurance on 28/02/2025, the deadline for the mandatory registration of essential terms of employment for all employees in the ERGANI information system has been extended until 31/05/2025.
Additionally, please note that the obligation includes the submission of essential employment terms to the ERGANI digital system for Domestic Helpers. |
The Obligations to Employers set by the Decree
The basic terms of employment for all employees must be submitted through the ERGANI information system, based on the Decree (KDP 455/2024) in accordance with article 11(6) of the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law. The new legislation introduces two important obligations:
Basic Terms of Employment: Among other things, in addition to the personal details of the employees, the place of provision of work, the specialty/duties, the date of commencement of employment, the remuneration, any allowances or other benefits (in detail), the working hours and the days of weekly employment of each employee must be recorded.
